African-Americans and Jews may need each other more than either knows. The Shoah taught today's Jews that they can only count on their own arms for protection from wannabe annihilators; none of their wealth nor any benefits they brought to their wider societies were of any use in the clinch. I don't know what today will teach African-Americans. they may already know what Jews had to relearn in our times.
Arab and 'Aryan' societies are both offended by the Jews no longer needing to kneel before them and beg for protection; their response to their members of African descent is proving, at best, all too similar to that towards the self-liberated Jews.
