Amen. And that delusion is, by our own Scripture, blasphemous heresy. Doesn't Scripture say, "There is no one that does good; no, not one"? And didn't even Jesus ask the rich young man who called him 'good sir', "Why do you call me 'good'? There is only One that is good; that is, God."?

Neither Christianity nor Judaism is meant to be an umbrella under which one can foster the dangerous delusion of being a Good Person.
