Amen. Without the CHOSSA, we may well have long lost whatever we had of democracy! Because of them, democracy (so far) has been largely maintained and is now gearing up for another expansion! And that experience is, I admit slowly and sporadically, teaching us that freedom is NOT zero-sum but that, the freer we all are, the more secure those freedoms are--for EVERYONE!
