Any human can be violent given the circumstances and upbringing (which includes little to no nonviolence training for most of us). Each of us and all of us need to be honest about it and deal with it. Some say the organization of human society is an attempt (one with about as many holes as a Swiss cheese, true) to do just that. My question to those males who chafe at this: Are you any better than the rest of us? What or who makes YOU any less prone to getting violent when you don't get your way? Jeremiah said, "The human heart is desperately wicked and deceitful above all things." I suggest that such 'chafing' is one place where that wickedness kicks in, not to mention human violence itself.
