Black men used to be falsely accused of, and murdered, for it. You could call it 'reckless eyeballing', but my suspicion is that these women were acting analogous to males who assault women and then wail, 'She tempted me!' when they've done nothing of the kind. Just goes to show women can be just as bad as AMHs (Adult Male Hominids; I won't call them 'men) at blaming others for actions and/or thoughts which they haven't the guts to own! Do YOU know the difference between an appreciative male look and a 'pornographic' one? These women apparently didn't!
