'Hardly anything'? I'm not sure about that. Interchangeable parts (Eli Whitney) farm machinery (McCormick, Deere et al.), railroads and, for that matter, highways. Electricity (Edison) and the automobile and other assembly lines (Henry Ford) Sorry to say but they all look pretty 'white' to me. And this is only off the top of my auld grey head.
