I feel that way too sometimes. I think about something my late dad said shortly before he died: he said he wasn’t surprised at the few people that actually ‘go postal’, as we used to say, but that so many more people did not! I’ll say this much: we should not allow those who would destroy the rule of law and any hope of equal treatment for everyone to hide behind those things which they sought and/or seek to destroy. I say there ought to be French Revolution-style Tribunals OR Nuremberg trials for them! Public executions are tempting but it might be more satisfying to humiliate them for the rest of their lives.
