I have an idea: let the disenfranchised voters set up THEIR OWN voting sites, print their own ballots or, better still, get hold of the old lever-pulling unhackable voting machines. Make sure none of their voters have already voted. I haven't yet conceived a method for that but I'm sure it can be done. Invite members of the press to freely observe the proceedings and let them take note of the final counts. Then send those counts to the county seats and/or the state capitals, dependent on where each state sends them. Let's see what happens then!
