My dad felt the same way. On his side, my lineage is mostly British--21% Scots, 12%English and 10% Welsh according to Ancestry.com. My mom's people are the Jews who used to be called 'Galitzianers'. The remainder is French and, of all things, Swedish. I am a Boomer in my sixties.
