Not necessarily. You yourself show why when you point out how heavily redacted the Slave Bible was and how they purged all the revolutionary passages from it. The whole Bible, to which you yourself witness, is quite a revolutionary collection of writings. Now that the free descendants of slaves have access to the whole Bible, revolutionary passages and all, it doesn't surprise me at all how most of such descendants embrace it. When you think it through, doesn't it really make all the sense in the world? Think about it.
