Not NECESSARILY true?! It's not true AT ALL!! Trumpelthinskin is a trust-fund brat who has for the most part squandered his family's money (and that of others) on VANITY projects!!!

On the other hand, we could sure use some of that optimism where our institutions, etc., are concerned. But throw out all the highly-paid 'consultants' who barely know their asses from holes in the ground, to use a saying of my dad's, and start talking to the REAL PEOPLE in Latino communities. People to whom other Latino/as listen and respect--and take it from there!

Or is this approach too common-sense?
