Somehow, I get the feeling that, while White Power will do its worst to make money from crises, (no doubt there) to think they ENGINEER a succession of crises credits them with way too much foresight for such a vicious and greedy gang. Such focus on get-rich-quick doesn't go with the foresight needed to actually plan such a succession of crises.
