This is partially true. It's true of most of the kinds of 'work' people do today. But it is NOT true that people want to be idly living off others. People want work where they can earn enough to support themselves, their families and at least some good causes and where they can see themselves doing at least some good and also earning respect for it. And isn't it up to us to adjust our own attitudes so that we can see the good people do even in jobs we don't currently esteem a whole lot? Think about it!
