This is very much in line with something I’d start, if I had the resources: a bank which would furnish seed capital for native-owned mortgage banks which would be ‘green’ and, maybe, offer mortgages which were better deals in some unexpected ways. I LOVE IT — and I’m an aging, straight, married Anglo-Saxon paleface!
