We came to Tennessee seven years ago and ARE living in a ;Trumpy' or at best a 'non-engaged' portion of the state 95 miles east of Nashville, but that's only because that's where the best house we could afford is. Real estate prices in Nashville are comparable to those from which we fled in Chester County, PA.
