What about a truth-in-reporting law?

It’s tearing society apart and must, somehow, be made criminal without violating the Constitution. Perhaps allowing class lawsuits for damages from the results of this garbage being believed and acted upon. Maybe we could bring back a version of the Fairness Doctrine that Ronald Reagan did away with, paving the way for entities such as Fox News to exist.

What about a truth-in-reporting law? I think Canada has something like that and, as a result, Canada has NO Faux News nor its more fascistic competitors further right.
