Whence comes this 'potential'? I maintain that it is NOT inborn or in the genetic code any more for females than males! The fact is, we've spent millennia encouraging in males what we'd consider 'overweening ambition' in females and encouraging females to be Compassionate Healers and Leave No One Behind.
