YES. Absolutely YES!!! I personally feel that every person of color (including Jews, who, by Nazi definition, are NOT 'white') ought to own at least one firearm and know how to use it. I think we can count on them being PLENTY better regulated than any dough-faced Smackwater Jack or JIll!
