Yes, yes, yes, yes, YES!!! I’ve long thought that the derisive words to Jesus on the cross could be said of all of us. “S/he saved others; s/he cannot save himself.” And in the end, isn’t that so for each and all of us? We can at least help to save each other; we cannot save ourselves.
